April was a very special month as our sweet boy Israel turned one. This year brought so much growth, and Israel taught us so much as parents. Israel is the sweetest boy and always so, so happy. Getting to celebrate our son and seeing everyone celebrate our son was so special. We are so thankful to everyone who made it out.

Becoming parents to a one year old has been one of the most beautiful, emotional, and eye opening seasons of our lives. There is something so incredibly special about this age, the way he is discovering the world for the very first time, the way the smallest things bring him the biggest joy, and the way his laughter can instantly fill a room and soften even the hardest days. Israel has such a unique light about him, a sweetness that you can feel the moment you are around him, and a joy that is so pure and genuine. Watching him grow into his own little personality has been the greatest gift, he is curious, loving, full of life, and so deeply cherished.

And getting to watch you grow alongside your big sister has made this season even more special. You are truly your big sister’s world, and the love between you two is something we cherish more than words can explain. Seeing your bond grow, the way you look at her, the way she cares for you, it is one of the most beautiful parts of our lives. We feel so lucky to experience this time with both of you.

This year has reminded us just how fast time moves and how important it is to soak in every single moment. You are so special to us and to your sister, and being your parents is the greatest honor we will ever have. We cannot wait to watch you continue to grow, to learn, and to become even more of the incredible little boy you already are.

Israel is One Hallelujah!
