Quiet Green — Jamie 🍃📷

Sometimes the best frames come from simply slowing down.
This session with my friend Jamie was all about keeping things casual, finding little pockets of green, and letting her settle back into being in front of the camera. No pressure, no overthinking of poses—just conversation, wandering, and letting the moments happen naturally.

There’s something special about photographing someone you know and watching them gradually forget the camera is even there.

If you look closely -well not even closely if you have eyes you see the Oversized T I ordered was too oversized. “Medium” Anyways enjoy the embroidery and high neck cut of the T.

Georgia State Champion → Junior Nationals bound

Jamie just won Georgia States USAPL in the 56kg class and qualified for Junior Nationals.

Total: 332.5kg (733 lbs)
405 DOTS
+27.5kg meet PR
+39 DOTS from her last meet

She went 3/3 on squat, 2/3 on bench, 3/3 on deadlift.

Took smart jumps, secured the PRs that were there, and put ourselves in position to qualify. Very excited to see what she can put out on a national stage for the very first time!
