Natural first timer Junior bikini Athlete Me and Jamelia have been working together for a couple of months now. With a clear goal in mind - competing at the start of 2027. 👀 She already had an incredible physique so we entered a small build phase initially to focus on bringing up certain muscle groups to achieve more balance and fit the bikini criteria. We are now getting stuck into diet phase where she is absolutely flying. An insane look and very excited to see this progress🩷 This is only the beginning 🤯
