We will now be screening 2 of our films before the main screening of Em for Murder.

6:30- Doors Open
6:30-7:30- Mix and Mingle
7:30-7:45- Screening of Cherchez La Femme followed by screening of Unlucky Penny.
7:45-8:00- 15 minute break
8:00-8:30- Screening of Em for Murder
8:30-9:30- Mix and Mingle

The time has officially came. Instafamous Productions would like to invite you all to join us on April 1st for the private screening of Em for Murder. Come watch the film, meet the cast and crew and fellow filmmakers.

The event will be running from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at CineCycle- 129 Spadina Ave, Toronto, ON M5A 1J7. Tickets are available on eventbrite- link in bio. Snacks and refreshments will be served.

This film is a must watch. Hope to see you all there!

Being a coach is the most fulfilling job I could have ever asked for. Its such a privilege to be able to get so close to my Clients, Athletes and Students.
Watching and nurturing their progress, knowing you're helping make their life better is one of the best feelings in the world.

Being a coach requires an innate ability to see in others the things they might not even see in themselves. It means nuturing and feeding the fire inside and their desire to better themselves. Sometimes being a coach means telling people things they don't want to hear but need to in order to address them. Its about creating an environment to not only allow growth but one that facilitate and promotes it.

I've always been a firm believer that the person we want to become is part of who we are today. A friend of mine once told me, there is no heaven or hell. The day you die the person you are; meets the person you could have become. That will determine your Heaven or Hell. What a beautiful, inspiring idea.

I was always raised to believe being successful was about being happy, healthy and fulfilled. That money would come later. I'm so greatful for having been brought up in that kind of environment. It gave me the courage to go out and find my passion, and to find a way to make a living while being artistically, spiritually and physically fulfilled. Being a coach forces me to continue to persuit growth. It allows me to leave my mark on this world by changing one life at a time.
For me that's what it means to be a coach and that is the legacy I plan to leave behind 🌏✌️

Maybe the rotten Ridge ain't so rotten🏀🌃...I'm calling it right now. This is going to be one of the best outdoor hoop locations in the gta, within the next few years. The court looks amazing, and it's in a great spot with tons of talented hoopers. It's amazing to see what the gta is turning in to and I can feel something special happening. We have a culture like no other and people are finally starting give us recognition. 2017 is going to be a big year. Not just for myself, but the people around me, and my city as well. #FTC
