I started in this business sparring legends like @sugarashadevans , @nickcatonemma , @chrisweidman , @davidbranch32 , @liammcgeary1 , heck I even got a round with @frankieedgar on this thing I believe (now thats a funny story). SOOOOOOO many rounds of sparring one device.

I kept this thing in my training bag every session, whether it was to film a technique to study . Or my rounds to send to @coachmarkhenry so we could break them down on the mitts. Mark made sure "what happened in the gym stayed in the gym". But I know some of these clips on here are HILARIOUS!

Guys what you think? Is it ok to share some clips yet?

Boss moves only 💜😈 Proud moment for @joe_goodwin1970 and @rj_pma two strong pillars that have been establishing and supporting the movement @gtgym_hq since the beginning. Congratulations to both men on earning their purple belts- leadership, consistency, and real work showing up on the mats. Well deserved! 🥋 🔥 👏
