Sometimes a video says so much more than words ever could. 💙🍪

This is Chef Crystal, 32 years old, autistic, and doing what she loves.

Watching her work in the kitchen—measuring, mixing, learning, focusing and taking pride in what she is creating—is exactly what the heart of Oli’s Cookies has always been about.

When I started Oli’s Cookies, the dream was never simply to make great cookies. It was to create awareness, open doors and show the world what is possible when people on the autism spectrum are given the opportunity to learn, work, contribute and be valued for everything they CAN do.

And now, watching Crystal step into this kitchen and become part of the next chapter of Oli’s Cookies makes my heart incredibly full.

At 32 years old, she is continuing to learn new skills, build confidence and show us that there is no timeline for growth and no limit to what someone can accomplish when they are given patience, encouragement and a real opportunity.

This is inclusion.

This is purpose.

This is why Oli’s Cookies exists. 💙

One cookie, one opportunity, and one incredible person at a time, we will continue spreading autism awareness, one delicious cookie at a time. 🍪💙

So proud of you, Chef Crystal. Keep showing the world what you can do. ✨

Today feels really special at Oli’s Cookies 💙💚❤️

Please help me welcome the incredible Despaigne family to the Oli’s Cookies team! ✨

This reel features our newest chef-in-training, Crystal (on the autism spectrum), alongside her amazing mom Jamaye and sister Gabrielle working side-by-side with us in the kitchen. In just two short weeks, I have been absolutely blown away by Crystal’s natural baking talent, attention to detail, and passion for learning. 🍪

Jamaye and Gabrielle are truly two of the hardest-working women I’ve ever met. Their dedication, heart, and belief in our mission already shine through in everything they do. It’s clear they are ready to do whatever it takes to help take Oli’s Cookies to the next level.

From the very beginning, the dream behind Oli’s Cookies has always been bigger than cookies. The goal has always been to create meaningful jobs and opportunities for the autism community and other individuals with disabilities while spreading awareness one delicious cookie at a time.

Watching this vision continue to grow with people who genuinely care about the mission is something incredibly special. We are so excited for this next chapter together. ✨

Welcome to the Oli’s Cookies family, Crystal, Jamaye & Gabrielle! 🍪💙

🌟 Meet Krystal! 🌟

We’re thrilled to introduce one of our incredible team members at Blissful Seeds. Krystal brings a unique perspective and a remarkable skill set to our soap and candle making process. Her attention to detail, a direct result of her autism, is truly impeccable — allowing her to master our recipes in no time!

Krystal is a shining example of how focusing on strengths rather than challenges can lead to amazing growth and success. We believe that everyone has the potential to thrive when given the right environment and support.

Join us in celebrating Krystal and the wonderful contributions she makes to our team! 💖✨
