Truffle button

- Chairman’s reserve
- Crème de cacao
- Amontillado sherry
- Black truffle & cacao tincture
- Orange bitters
- Saline

White chocolate button garnish

A unpublished throwback from my time at @goodthings.xyz , super weird but somehow works super well, sweet, slightly nutty and funkiness from the black truffle but smoothness from the chocolate and sherry.

The week when everyone went to WE OUT HERE festival, we had a festival of our own… we called it WE IN HERE and we just stayed in London and explored different areas we hadn’t had the chance to discover yet.

Honestly no one else in the WORLD I’d rather do it with. Had theeeeeee best best best time!! @jambray_
