💢You're Not Alone💢 ( Lack of Certainty )

I'm sure that some of you are doing great.💯

seeing progress once in awhile.
but we have to agree at some point of your life you must be thinking what i did this time and suddenly my body look so different?💯

is it because of the RICE DUMPLING i had last night? fuck i look good this morning! 😃😃

🤨is it because i've training my legs twice a week + added that 10mins cardio in the evening?
But oh well whatever progress is progress.🤨

The Truth is that we want to know what's working and what's not working..

We want to be very certain what we are doing is beneficial to us.
in a simple saying....

we want the right path and direction for our goal...➡️➡️

if not you're just going to lose a lot of your time on trying the things you not sure if is working or not? 🤷‍♂️

Over the years i've been investing so much on coaching/ online courses on trying to find what's working and what's not...

1️⃣I've created a system not only getting my client's results but also we able to find out what's working and what's not.
( it is important because we will not use it again the next time )1️⃣

Get Result, Overcome New Challenge, Sustainable long term goal, Mental Clarity and Certainty.

If you're struggling at this point of your life and you might be thinking is RCNOMY INFLATION INFLATION INFLATION… What have you tried so far and has it worked? Is coming or not.🤯🤯

Stop that thinking, focus on doing the right thing 💪

There’s no point worried about everything we can’t control. So why not start from your body ? Take charge and take action !

Real recognize Real

“ I’m eating 2kg chicken breast a day during preparing for a competition “ a girl said it. 😦

Me , Marissa & James is fucking shocked. 😵‍💫

I don’t know where to start and I don’t know what to respond at that moment. But I was shocked. 😮

I’m no professional & certified a dietitian. But if I heard somebody at less than 60kg BODYWEIGHT have to eat 2kg chicken breast everyday and no rough guide of calories intake to have a body transformation. 🤡

Weekdays 2kg chicken breast
Weekend kfc McDonald burgers and junk food

The typical gimmicks trainers or coaches will sell to people 😆

Say goodbye to physical and mental state 😂

Wasn’t the girls fault. As me and james spoke to her we immediately know she’s an action taker and she have bright future. ☀️

A very simple tip to work with a coach is that make sure your coach explains to every single thing and what’s exactly happening to the clients body.

🔥 The truth is that, never in my life I eat more than 1.5kg chicken in my life ( 100kg off season ) 🔥

What’s success in TRANSFORMATION then you may ask about #TeamEvolve?

⭕️ Healthy mindset
⭕️ Sustainable progress
⭕️ Balance lifestyle
⭕️ Knowing you can do this for long term

What’s not TRANSFORMATION

❌ fastest result and bounce back yo-yo
❌ develope binge eating disorder
❌ zero understanding after months
❌ knowing you will be done with this and never do it ever again ( phobia )
❌only looking forward to weekend junk food

If you do not agree with me please have a chat. I’m cool to learn more. Because me as a coach I’m constantly learning I would like to know what you think.

Sum up my first week of online coaching.

This week have catched up with 1-2 client, it’s great to know what they are struggling now and believe me most of them come to us have been through quote lots of trials and errors.

Nothing comes easier than investing time in your health and being physically active.

A lot of people having tons of excuses not to go gym, not time or don’t know how to prep their food.

Listen up guys.

Seeing continuous result requires some preparation inside or outside of the gym. You can have the best workout program BUT without prepping your meal is useless. Prepping your meals will bring more nutrients to your body along improving your physical fitness and overall health.

Taking nutrition with you on the go really that hard ?

Meal prep is commitment . It requires dedication

We #TeamEvolve wasn’t just body transformation as we changed our mindset to become Leader of Our Own Body.

If you are ready to #improve yourself or just looking for a place to begin, let me help you all and you just have dm me “READY “

YOU HAVE SEEN THIS PHOTO BEFORE DIDNT YOU?!

Guys and girls, a great news to share with you all! #TeamEvolve have a new SUCCESS COACH James Phua ! 🔥

We know each other Over ten years and I’ve mentioned him in my post before.. 🌈

He is one ☝️ of the man I know he have the greatest passion in fitness and helping people to achieve goals.

Safe to say that we’ve been planning and working together for over the months and we did produce some great CLIENTS RESULTS ! ❤️‍🔥

Why James will be one of the great coach in the #TeamEvolve because we all have same objectives and goals that we want to change the fitness industry and provide the stable results to everyone.

I’ve mentioned before it took me over 6 years to actually find a coach to join my #TeamEvolve because I feel like not many people can understand clients point or views and willing to go extra miles.

Me and James is the type of coach that willing to go all in for our clients.

Setting alarm every few hours to check on clients

Texting clients when we drive 🚗

Travel to over state just to meet our clients..

To say that we prioritize our clients over ourselves is an understatement!

#TeamEvolve growing and banging !
