Protest today in Little Tokyo, with a slight detour onto the freeway. It was incredibly humbling to see the turnout midday on a weekday; passions were high and their stories were heard. People were also handing out free waters, snacks, masks, goggles, etc. – super thankful for them given the hot weather today. They didn’t have to, but they did.
In a moment of comic relief, I locked eyes with a cop with a camera, and in that moment we both knew we had to “take the shot” haha. Somewhere out there is his POV.
I didn’t take many photos of the protestors since some of them weren’t wearing masks.

Admittedly, the cop pictured here got the short end of the stick. We had a rather amicable conversation, but for the sake of the message I wanted to share, these photos had to see the light of day.

We fight to protect the friends and family we have, to honor the ones we have lost, and to give hope to the ones we have yet to meet. If you are able, I encourage you to find any way, no matter how small, to support your community. #fuckice

As the man @brucebufferufc would say "Itttss TIIIIMMEEE!!!" Tickets are available for my and @james__rusler's fights, PLEASE DM to purchase ❤🥊

Next month, October 16th at the Burbank Marriott, I will be stepping back into the ring after ALMOST 2 years. Covid took away the last one and I've been itching to get back in there. Earlier in the day James will be fighting on the same card.

Please DM me for tickets. If you are planning to go, please get tickets from me directly, not at the door. Its better for us and for the promoter 🙏 @big_troy__trainer_promoter_ 🙏

Doors open at 6pm. 11am for the kids' card.
