3 days being spoiled in the wild

there is something about standing in front of mountains that are so massive and so grand that makes me feel incredibly small in the most comforting way. small enough to remember that whatever feels so big in my own world is only one tiny piece of something much much bigger.

our original backpacking plans were cancelled (due to unforeseen road closures) and we were so close to just not going at all and were very bummed

how silly it is to forget how endless nature’s beauty can feel when you actually give yourself the time to be in it. how much there is to see when you’re not rushing through it. how healing it can be to exist without agenda

anywayyyy those were my mental notes go outside and make time for mother she has much to share 💌

Spend the morning with us on the road!! Even though our van isn’t fully built out yet (trim, indoor shower, finer details, etc.) we’ve worked hard to get it to as functional as it is so that we could enjoy this trip to the fullest 🌟 It’s been the sweetest feeling taking a break from working on it and simply enjoying the fruits of our labor yayyyyy
