From the place of intercession, we journeyed into worship as @james_hannah___ gently led us beyond songs and into the tangible presence of God. Hearts were lifted, burdens exchanged for grace, and melodies became a meeting place between earth and heaven.

A few years ago, a memorable moment unfolded when my younger sister came home from school, her skirt unexpectedly stained. The sight of it struck me instantly, and I called out to my mum, “Milé, take a look at my sister’s skirt!”

With a glimmer of understanding in her eyes, my mum smiled back at me. It was her first period, a milestone she experienced quietly in class, and now it was time for an important conversation.

Seeing my sister’s shyness, my mum took a breath and began gently educating her about menstruation, breaking down barriers of embarrassment that often accompany such topics. It was more than just a simple discussion; it was a moment of empowerment, fostering understanding and reassurance.

We believe that it's not just about providing pads; it's about restoring the dignity and confidence of young girls. Our mission is to dismantle the myths and misconceptions surrounding menstruation that persist in our society. We're committed to involving both girls and boys in this dialogue, creating an open environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing this natural process.

No one should feel hesitant to talk about period cramps or to acknowledge that they're on their period. It’s a normal part of life.

We are on the verge of transforming the lives of approximately 800 girls, helping them liberate themselves from outdated belief systems that hinder their growth and self-acceptance.

Your partnership is invaluable in this initiative! Together, we can continue to foster a culture of openness and support.

Have you ever noticed how we've trained our minds to brush off compliments? When someone tells you that you're looking great, do you find yourself thinking it’s just a joke or some kind of insincere flattery? The truth is, they genuinely mean every word!

Yet, when the same person shares a critical comment or suggests we could do better, we tend to cling to those negative words as if they were spoken by a higher power. It’s baffling, especially when we remember that God created us fearfully and wonderfully! So, why aren't we embracing this truth?

Let’s make a conscious effort to unlearn the habit of dismissing the positive things people say about us. Instead, let's relearn how to gracefully accept compliments and Learn to generously share uplifting words with others. Giving and receiving compliments is a wonderful way to show appreciation and express love!

Remember, our words reflect what’s in our hearts. So, let’s make it a practice to acknowledge the kindness others offer and do the same for those around us. Let's spread positivity like confetti!
