It a wrap for the first week of June! I’ve added the @participaction app to my phone to track my workouts, plus help out the community getting active. Any other Canadians willing to join my team, download the app and I’ll send you the code for the team. You don’t necessarily have to live in the same province. Also, check out the output for the week! This is only one workout a day. I can’t imagine what it was like when I was doing Luke and #centrunleashedadvanced workouts every day. Tomorrow is an active rest day with yoga on the cards I think... now to do some gardening. Enjoy your Sunday guys. #alwayscan #ohana #letskickthislegends #traincentr @centrfit #participate #teambeastthisshit #teamweird #werisebyliftingothers #smile #joy #littlegoth #iamshieldmaiden

I’ve finally caught up with #centralign Week 3 Day 4. I’m so glad I left this for today when I was feeling better. By the time I got to ‘swimming’ my lower abs were crying out in pain! #sufferwithsylvia and #feeltheburn are definitely true today. Looking forward to cracking on with Week 4 tomorrow and more planner workouts. I love that I still have energy after those sessions. #alwayscan #werisebyliftingothers #ohana #letskickthislegends #teambeastthisshit #whateverfriends #iamahieldmaiden #smile #joy #littlegoth #onwardsandupwards #positivethinking #stayoptimistic

Two workouts today... the last of @elcuerpodepapi workouts for #centrfusion Week 6 Day 3 and then yoga with @tahl for #centralign Week 3 Day 3. I’m feeling a bit squiffy this afternoon but generally okay. I scored some tomato seedlings last night, but they’ll have to stay inside until the threat of frost has passed. Looking forward to next week when I can start back with Luke’s workouts and also register for my university courses. So much is happening. I’ll be glad for the respite next week as this week has been crazy busy. Lots of love to you all. Have a great weekend. #alwayscan #ohana #letskickthislegends #werisebyliftingothers #teambeastthisshit #iamshieldmaiden #iamlagertha #iamxenawarriorprincess #smile #joy #littlegoth #cfsmerecovery #fibrowarrior

Today, I may only do a yoga session with Tahl this afternoon as the walk I did earlier has given me a great workout, plus some much needed time in nature. My glutes are talking to me but thankfully my arm is only tender. I think this route will make for great training once I get my trail shoes. Onwards and upwards for another year with @centrfit. Today has been a very busy day but I managed to fit in Week 6 Day Two of Power week in #centrfusion plus Week 3 Day two of #centralign. My arm is sore from my vaccination but no other side effects so far. Arm is being iced. Weather looks like it could be conducive to gardening the next few days, woo hoo! Lots of weeding to do... I say weeding but it’s mostly grass in the wrong places 😂. Hopefully some veggies can be planted as well. I love this time of year... the time of renewal. Tomorrow, my @centrfit membership renews... I am so grateful for this app and the dear friends I’ve made along the way. @disneydiva4ever you are an inspiration. Lots of love to you #centrlegends #alwayscan #ohana #werisebyliftingothers #letskickthislegends #iamshieldmaiden #iamlagertha #iamxenawarriorprincess #smile #joy #littlegoth #iamenough #iamworthit #iamme

Breakfast Bruschetta followed by @elcuerpodepapi and Week5 Day 1 of #centrfusion. As I had already completed Week 6 Day 1 last week, I went back and completed Week 5 Day 1.... really starting to get into the flow of the boxHIIT movements here and will be sorry to see the end. I am looking forward to starting @zocobodypro workouts again though, plus I still have a date with @da_rulk Masterclass. Second up today was #centralign with @tahl and Luke... to be honest , I wasn’t feeling it today. My hips and hamstrings are still tight but now that I’ve completed Week 3 Day 1 , I feel much better. Push through that barrier of ‘not feeling it’ guys as you’ll feel much better afterwards. #alwayscan #letskickthislegends #werisebyliftingothers #teambeastthisshit #ohana #traincentr #centrfit #iamshieldmaiden #iamlagertha #iamxenawarriorprincess #iamworthy #iamme #smile #joy #littlegoth #fibrowarrior #cfsmerecovery #spartantraining #spartanwomen

A walk in the woods for a rest day. I needed to connect with nature today. Beautiful day with bees and some bugs and a few puddles... #gratefulheart #alwayscan #ohana #weriseupbyliftingothers #letskickthislegends #iamshieldmaiden #iamlagertha #iamxenawarriorprincess

Week 5 Day 5 of #centrfusion ‘Be Free’ and feel Joy, is the message today. I definitely felt my muscles and joints feel a lot freer for the power flow session today. I am so thankful for this app. On Thursday, my subscription is due for renewal and I will definitely be renewing. Looking forward to another year with Centr and wondering what the future will bring. #alwayscan #ohana #werisebyliftingothers #letskickthislegends #teambeastthisshit #iamlagertha #iamshieldmaiden #iamxenawarriorprincess #smile #joy #littlegoth
