Did you know that the Morgan Library and Museum is located at 225 Madison and West 36th street? Built around 1902 located right across street from what used to be his home in New York City. Facinating!
Starting off the New York City summer with some cultural immersion! Sneaking in a little people watching while I’m at it! This gem of a place houses a museum, research library, collection of manuscripts, music venue, and is a beautiful architectural treasure. Let’s talk about that room that resembles an 1800s red room. 1930s Burlesque vibes, if you will.
You can catch the coolest live bands on a Friday evening. A nice place to relax at the end of your busy week. Friday evenings are free and open to the public around 5:00 p.m. Reserve your FREE tickets for two online, show up, pull it up on your phone, they’ll scan it and if you go! 😘😘❤️❤️

It's been just over two months now since I had a seizure in the gym and woke up in A&E to find out I had a brain tumour. Fortunately from the early scans the consultant was confident that the tumour was benign. Even though it was benign the tumour still had be removed which still has risks like any operation.
After a nine hour operation I was back on the ward and informed that the operation had gone very well. A week later I was discharged from hospital to start recouperating at home. All was going well until I was rushed back to hospital with pneumonia on my right lung!
After a week on intravenous antibiotics I was discharged and back home. It's been just a week since coming home and it's been nice to sit out in the garden soaking up some vitiman D.
I'm having to try and isolate myself from the rest of the family as my immune system is low and can't afford to pick up the Corvid virus. Needless to say on a day like today the cup says it all😉. Looking forward to getting back on the bike sometime soon. Quinoa is your muscle food, your protein? It is so versatile. There’s so much you can do with it. All you have to do is sauté some veggies and then drop your quinoa in there after cooking it. The trick to cooking quinoa nice and fluffy is adding 2 cups of water to one cup of quinoa. Bringing the water to boil, dropping the quinoa in there after carefully washing it, then letting it simmer for 15 minutes, and fluffing it up with a fork, after it’s cooled down.

So this boiler has been serviced every year another one of those turn up and stick your flue gas analyser in jobs and walk away. Slowly over the years. This boiler is having a heart attack we can see how sludge up the primaries are. Anyway, Boiler was about 12 m away from where it entered the heating circuit, so I decided to install @spirotech_uk LL and separate the system hydraulically using @grundfos pumps. @conexbanninger_uk all the way from press to delcop end feed all the way to compression. Leaver ball valves which are beautiful to use. Presstool is @rothenbergeruk TT Compact and as well as my new, go to every day tool @hiltigb SMT 6 -22 multitool
