🏡 NEW PROJECT ALERT | HARRISON, NY! 🔨

From an Unfinished Basement to a Functional Home Office!

Every great renovation starts with a solid plan — and sometimes, that means getting organized before construction even begins!

Before Home Thesis could get started, we brought in Mindful Spaces, who did an amazing job organizing the basement, sorting personal belongings into categories, and creating designated homes for everything.

👏 Thanks to this collaboration, the space is now organized and ready for its transformation!

Next up for Home Thesis:
🔨 Framing and insulation
🪟 New window replacement
🏠 Drywall installation and finishing
🪵 New flooring with insulated underlayment
💻 Transforming the basement into a comfortable, functional home office

Throughout construction, we'll make sure the homeowner's personal belongings are properly protected and respected.

This is what collaboration looks like! Everyone brings their expertise to the table, creating a smoother process and a better experience for the homeowner.

At Home Thesis, we don't just renovate spaces. We design with purpose.

You care for your patients. We care for your space. 🛠️

Home Thesis recently completed maintenance and improvements at a private clinic:

✅ Repaired damaged hallway walls with plaster, tape, primer, and paint matched to the existing color.
✅ Fixed doors that wouldn’t close properly—removing them from their hinges, shaving and planing where needed, and reinforcing hinges with longer screws.
✅ Restored stain on doors and frames.
✅ Mounted TVs.
✅ Installed pantry cabinets.
✅ Installed a water dispenser in the waiting room.

We scheduled the work over the weekend while the clinic was closed, working around their schedule so the team could stay focused on patient care.

Licensed & insured. Serving private clinics, hospitals, and commercial spaces throughout Westchester.

📩 DM us to schedule a walkthrough and tackle your maintenance list.

She is amazing and went above and beyond. And to the incredible James and Hugo from Homethesis, who handled every remodeling step with professionalism, patience, and dedication to make things perfectly beautiful. They can do anything and really care about every detail. I am so thankful and excited! Let the dinner parties begin!! ❤️🍽" Our client in Rye Westchester

Great day yesterday in Dobbs Ferry, Westchester! 🏡🤝

One of the things we love most about what we do is collaboration. When great people come together, each bringing their expertise, creativity, and experience to the table, great things happen!

Yesterday, we visited four different projects alongside talented professionals, discussing everything from exclusive custom finishes to creative solutions.

Every project requires critical thinking, brainstorming, budgeting, planning, and attention to detail. It's not just about getting the job done. It's about finding the right solutions and bringing everyone's vision into alignment.

This is why we believe in collaboration. Different minds, shared goals, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

📍 New Rochelle: Applied color samples for our client to review before we move forward with painting.

📍 Pelham: Applied the final coat of exterior sealer to the mahogany cocktail railing and replaced a damaged deck floor joist.

📍 Mamaroneck: Refreshed the primary bathroom floor with new grout, followed by sealing and buffing.

A Simple Door Replacement Turned Into a Two-Day Project! 🚪🔨

What was supposed to be a simple one-day exterior door replacement turned into something much bigger!

Once we removed the existing door, we discovered rotted framing supports. As we opened up the drywall and plaster to investigate further, we found another surprise — there was no header above the door opening! 😳

What started as a one-day job is now a two-day project.

We temporarily secured the opening with plywood so we can return tomorrow and continue the repairs.

🏠 At Home Thesis, we believe in doing the job right, not just getting it done. Sometimes the most important work is what you can't see behind the walls.

🔨 Stay tuned for Day 2 and the final transformation!
