Amazing to catch up with @alexandrahosking & @bethmorrislove after so many years. A proper Life Goes On reunion! 🥹

We had such a great day writing a couple of new songs together and it was brilliant having Alex all the way over from Australia to hang with us.

Thanks so much for coming to see us, Alex! 🇦🇺❤️🇬🇧

A space for music.
A space for ideas.
A space for creativity.

JC Recording Studios is more than just a recording studio.

When you work with us, you’re not simply booking a room. You’re becoming part of a growing community of musicians, producers and creatives.

You’ll be working alongside experienced professionals, meeting new people, collaborating on ideas and connecting with a wider network of creatives who are making things happen.

A place where you can find writing opportunities, hear about live gigs, collaborate on projects and build genuine creative connections.

Because sometimes the most important thing that happens in a studio isn’t what gets recorded.

It’s who you meet.
It’s who you work with.
It’s the collaboration of ideas.

That’s what we’re building at JC Recording Studios. 🎙️

A studio.
A community.
A network.

‼️ Our new single “Fool” is out today on our label @bamboo.recordings ‼️ 🎉🥳🙌 Go listen and tell your friends 🎧

It’s the latest track from our upcoming album “Past Self, Present Tense” and is about a goofy guy hopelessly chasing a 10/10… 💃🏻😁

Not particularly serious but there are some serious musicians who contributed to this track, shout out to these amazing players:

🎷 @harrygreenemusic on sax
🎹 @davenicholasmusic on keys
🎹 @oli_howe_keys on keys
🎸 @marcusjporter on bass

🖥️ mix by @jamescmusic

After a change in ownership and a renovation in July 2025, @darkhorsecroydon was named @croydoncamra Pub of the Year last month 🙌

Our Raving Reporter @l_e_a_n_n_e__k can see why (and as co-founder of @urbanitepubapp, she knows a thing or two about pubs 😉).

Leanne recently headed along to one of their most popular events - Hidden Talents – the monthly Open Mic run by @jamescmusic.

It’s a free night bringing local talent together in a friendly, supportive environment, with the chance to win a free recording session at @jc_recording_studios.

Never been? Hidden Talents takes place on the last Wednesday of every month – so it’s back tomorrow night!

Get there early to grab a drink and catch up with friends over board games, darts or pool, before heading out to the garden for the music.

Over to Leanne to show you what you’ve been missing…
