September camera roll from the MF community 📸

A month of training together, trips, meet-ups and plenty happening outside the gym too.

Plus a big month of racing and competing, with MF members taking on HYROX, ATHEX, TRYKA, Metrix and bringing home a few podiums along the way.

Plenty more to come before the year’s out 🔥

WALL BALLS ➡️ HYROX STRATEGY by @jamesinghamofficial 🎯

The final station and the final episode of our HYROX series.

James breaks down how to approach your Wall Balls on race day, from pacing your reps and managing fatigue to staying composed when there’s not much left in the tank.

That wraps up the series. Over the past 8 weeks, we’ve covered technique, movement standards and race strategy across every HYROX station.

If you missed any, cycle back through the previous episodes and get yourself up to speed before race day.
Good luck to everyone racing this HYROX season. Time to put it into practice. 👊

SANDBAG LUNGES ➡️ HYROX STRATEGY by @jamesinghamofficial

100m of lunges, the goal isn’t to go out hard, it’s to keep moving.

In this week’s strategy breakdown, James covers how to pace the station, when to take breaks, controlling your breathing and finding a rhythm you can maintain without blowing up.

We also look at how to approach the lunges in Singles vs Doubles and why staying composed becomes even more important this late into the race.

Move well. Keep moving. Don’t give away unnecessary time.

Week 7: Sandbag Lunges Strategy. ✅

Next up: Wall Balls. 🎯
