It was a great experience last weekend , participating in my 1st flag football competition ( and hopefully more to come!) .

A very big thanks to our QB Jimmy , the seniors Elli , Tom and Gary for leading the Red Flags so well! It does sting a little to lose by 1 point , but I’m so proud of our camaraderie and drive to win/draw each game .

I’ve definitely learned a lot from each and every player of our team , and hope we can share the field again , either as teammates or competitors !

Not forgetting my Phoenix team members and friends from other teams as well , thanks for the good time!

NWA post. Tag Heuer F1 Solargraph
#dontcrackunderpressure

-about why I’m getting it-
The watch that remind me back to my childhood dream.
Where i still remember when I first walk into Tag Heuer boutique, while seeing the SA introduce F1 to a man, and recommend it as the graduation gift for his son.

Since then, this image always floating inside my mind and underneath dreaming to get one during my graduation. Fast forward today, many years past my bachelor degree graduation, finally I got it! The meaning might be different now, but the Tag line always stay intact, never afraid to face any challenges!

-about the watch-
Glad that TH decided to utilise the Solargraph movement beyond Aquaracer, and now inside the F1 as well.

As TH back to F1 again making the big news, the release of this model just happens in time, great size, good build and fun in plenty of Colors. To further highlight, the 38mm case shape and shirt link make it wear so well, wrapping on the wrist. Feeling light but not without the presence.

Happen to hit the market with highly uncertain just after W&W25, the F1 even make more sense on the entry level pricing.
….
Special thanks to @thehourglass_official & SA @arveyelvin helping on the arrangement.

The 3D Spirit of Ecstacy engraved on the sapphire case back of the Charles Girardier Synchronaut is truly amazing. In fact, it's one of its kind. See if you can think of another watch that has a sapphire engraving, and an engraving to such detail. None, kosong, néant. It is not a silhouette but a detailed artwork of the hood ornament. BLIMEY!...I can even see her hairline and her eyes.

Her frosted looking portrait resting above the 1863 Caliber (a tribute to the birth year of Sir Henry Royce, one of the founders of Rolls-Royce) gives a perfect contrast with the skeletonized oscillating weight in rose gold, and the black NAC galvanic treated and ruthenium plated bridges with "Côtes de Genève" finish. The chamfered and hand-polished bridges and screws offer some shine gleaming around her figure, when it is moved around.

As it is, Charles Girardier watches are already very rare. Don't expect to see this in every Synchronaut. It is only available in the racing green model that is limited to 120 pieces only, in celebration of 120 years of Rolls-Royce. Would you like to own a piece of Rolls-Royce on your wrist?

The Nature of Time exhibition happening on 22-Nov-2024.
Witnessed some of the exquisite GS timepieces, including the very rare GS Kodo from both generations, and the newly announced Asia Pacific limited edition SBGJ285 which is inspired by the symbolic beauty of wisteria flower.
…
This evening, we had the pleasure of admiring GS watchmaking and meeting with Mr. Kiyota Sakai and Mr. Junya Kamijo all the way from Japan, also had the opportunity to observe the real-time assembly of GS Spring Drive Movement. Enjoying the aburi served by the master chef from Kampachi too.
