LAMP ✨ is an interior design consultancy for people renovating or reimagining their homes, providing clear, practical direction to help them make confident decisions without the overwhelm.

Working alongside you, or encouraging you through the parts you can tackle yourself.

Here’s why I set it up, and the face behind it >>>

“I’d love a better home, but I don’t know how to bring it all together… and I can’t afford to hire an interior designer.”

Even friends who earn good money see interior design as a luxury, or something out of reach. And I’ve seen people left feeling deflated after turning to generic high-street brands for design guidance.

After constant requests for advice from friends and watching people struggle to bring it all together, I wanted to build a bridge to that messier middle ground. A way to provide support wherever you are, drawing on my experience to add real value.

It was important to me to offer transparent pricing and genuinely valuable support, making professional design guidance more accessible, without compromising on the quality of advice.

Swipe >>>

My background is rooted in commercial interior design, with a varied career working on large-scale international projects for clients including MoMA, Nike, Warner Brothers and Netflix, and most recently as lead creative for the Design Museum, London.

But I’ve also studied and been involved in the craft of natural building, with a dream to build my own bamboo and clay home in Mexico. I’ve completed two major home renovations in the UK, and I’m currently on my third.

I deeply believe the spaces we live in shape how we feel, how we function, our health and, in turn, who we become.

I would love to hear from you and discuss the best way I can support you.

Reminded myself that I’m an actress who desperately needed to update her headshots and that I’m also very much in love with my green stripey jumper, so if you see me wearing it an unreasonable amount over the next few months, pretend you haven’t noticed, pretty please 🥺💚

Lets talk about actors headshots & Autism...

My autism affects me in that I can be completely crippled by imposter syndrome & therefore I mask...a lot! Because of this, I can leave situations wondering 'what the hell happened/went wrong?'

The last headshots I got (3 years ago) were lush, but I was so held back & self critical.
So I was determined to be more present and relaxed this time.

This brings me to the importance of who takes your headshots. Thank the lord for @jamesmelia - not only is he a bloody genius (making ordinary faces extraordinary - as I told him), but he is able to create a space that welcomes you in like a warm hug.

So, if you are neurodivergent (or not) pay James a visit.
I love my new images - the imposter can take a back seat now.

Hey, I’m Molly🤍

I’m the Founder & Creative Director of Riley’s Rising Stars, as well as a professional actor with a degree in Acting and five years of intensive drama school training.

I’ve had the opportunity to perform professionally in theatres across Liverpool and throughout the UK, alongside experience in film. Performing has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m now passionate about passing on everything I’ve learnt to the next generation.

Riley’s Rising Stars was created to give children a fun, supportive space where they can build confidence, explore their creativity and develop their acting and performance skills — while most importantly, enjoying themselves and being themselves.

I want every child who walks through our doors to feel confident, encouraged and proud of what they can achieve. ✨

Welcome to Riley’s Rising Stars! ⭐️

Crazy how I got my first grown up headshots 6 years ago.
