Grateful for the last few weeks

Praising God for an amazing week! 🫶✝️

My first Missions Trip in Lancaster, South Carolina. What a blessing it was to serve God and his people. Thank you Jesus for this amazing community that has poured into me and encouraged me to be bold in my faith. I pray that we can continue to do the work of you wherever your spirit leads us.

Lancaster South Carolina, where do I even start. Yall are like a second family to me. You welcome us with open arms and love on us all week. We couldn’t serve the way we do without all the love, care, and prayer that is poured into our group! Luckily this time you didn’t have to take me to the hospital but by no means was this an uneventful trip. Just glad I made it past first base this time. It started with a fried alternator on the way down and was like a fever dream the rest of the week. From watching my team step up to the plate for God, talking to Clint for over an hour to working tirelessly without complaining all week those guys lived out what it means to be servants of the living God. God gave me new friendships and deepened old ones, broke me down and built me back up. I will never forget the nightly shenanigans @haydenflynn04 @reese.redman05 @ricky_legg1504 @bhopkinsiii @fletcher.rose14 and late night cook out trips with a bonus of my first time at Waffle House. It did not disappoint. @dieszzzzz texted me one night during worship and said he needed to run an errand. Best trip to Walmart this world has ever seen. We came back with Neko’s first Bible and journal and got to give it to him, just a few short days later we stood there cheering as he got baptized! From the day we met him it was evident that he loved the Lord! Needless to say I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to start my summer with two of my families @sbc_calvary_campus @ashlanduniversityfca
