On the menu: our take on a New York classic, the Bodega Sandwich. Fluffy egg, sai ua sausage and cheese piled into a Kaiser roll, with a dunk of umami ketchup for good measure.

Your Sunday roast is getting the ACME Fire Cult treatment.

This October, @chefandrewclarke and the @acmefirecult team are taking over four Sundays at Rondo with their signature live-fire spin on the classic roast.

The main event is a sharing platter of roast beef rump, crispy pork belly, achiote chicken leg and lamb kofte, with grilled Kalibos cabbage and agave Jersey Royals. Go bigger with slow-roast ox cheek or roast bone marrow on the side, then finish with chocolate and black mole ganache or a burnt Eton mess.

@ilegalmezcal are taking care of the drinks, with Bloody Marias, Mezcal Margs, Palomas and Gildabacks.

6 months working for Frood !!

It’s honestly crazy looking back at where I was 6 months ago and seeing how much has changed.

I have had so many new experiences, challenges, lessons and spelling mistakes. So lucky to have worked with so many talented people along the way❤️‍🔥

Grateful for a really fun and productive week ✨

Supporting a few of my children through exams and continuing to build Frood with an amazing team has been such a rewarding balance. This week especially reminded me how much I enjoy the process of building something from the ground up, the conversations, the problem solving, the creativity, and the shared belief in what we’re creating together.

I also loved spending time on the Isle of Wight with M&S learning more about the care, quality and passion that goes into growing great produce. It’s always inspiring meeting the people behind the ingredients and understanding more about where our food comes from 🍅☀️

Excited for everything ahead and wishing everyone a sunny weekend ☀️
