We are super excited to announce our next big chef collaboration at @hackneycoffeeco will be with our good mate and top chef @leewestcott

We’re going to be doing away with fancy plates and table cloths, serving up a street food style lunch centred around some of the best British produce we can get our hands on (plus some serious Australian black winter truffles).

Thickets cost 35 quid and include….
-Admission to the terrace and back room at Hackney coffee. (Space dependant)
-Crispy lamb, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, anchovy & olive.
-Triple cooked crushed potatoes, nori & black truffle.
-60% Chocolate, yoghurt & blackberry.
-Free can of beer/glass of house red or white.
-Great vibes and tunes (till 10pm)

Please feel free to come at any point during the day and hang out, however please be around to grab your food at your allocated time slot <3

Tickets will go fast for this one so don’t miss out, when they are gone, they are gone…

Grilled sea broccoli, chilli, shallot, garlic & dried scallop roe finished with fresh lime juice.

Sea broccoli grows on coastal limestone cliffs and is incredibly tender and sweet. The season last only two weeks making this a bit of a delicacy....

To get you in the mood for our big opening at @hackneycoffeeco on the 23rd we will be doing a takeaway only version of some of the new menu items this weekend.

This lobster roll will be on offer... 👀

BBQ native lobster, dill sour cream, grilled gem lettuce, red onion & fresh horseradish all inside a warm toasted brioche roll.

We’re open from 11am till 5pm Friday to Sunday.

The wait is finally over…

We are so excited to announce our residency back at the terrace @hackneycoffeecompany.

The menu will be showcasing some absolutely brilliant British produce including @highlandwagyu @lavintonlamb & some serious fish from @bethnal_green_fish.

#FAMOUSFIVES

It's tough times for the hospitality industry, and they need our support more than ever. I have no doubt that London's well-known bars and restaurants will come back stronger. But spare a thought for the lesser-known gastronomic destinations, little coffeehouses and hidden gems in the capital that relies on every one of our custom. It's these little guys that make London so great. And that's why I'm joining my mate and all-round legend @rosieakenhead in a series of #famousfives posts to get eyes on the brilliant cafes, bars and restaurants that keeps our tummies happy, our nights colourful 😜 and our mornings bearable. First up, a little gem I discovered only a week before we were told to stay indoors - Hackney Coffee Company @hackneycoffeeco. A hip coffeehouse not too far from Bethnal Green tube station and Columbia Road Flower Market with overhanging foliage, a skylight and, of course, quality coffee, selections of sweet cakes and creative hot drinks like this matcha latte. Can't wait to pay these guys a visit again next time I'm in the area x
