got to hear @kuangrf speak at the @aklwritersfest and honestly… i could listen to her talk for hours!

i love the way her mind works. hearing her thought process behind her books, the questions she asks, and the things that pushed her to write them was so interesting

and a pinch me moment!! i got to meet her and have my copy of The Poppy War signed!

i also finally met @jamie.pls in real life after talking on IG a few weeks ago, and we decided to go together 😄

overall a very surreal day, but i had the best time 🤍

Safe to say it was truly magical 💫

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the experience so special. The energy and atmosphere in the room were something we will always remember.

What a year!
Without a doubt, one of the most challenging and full of surprises in a long time. I’m so grateful to be able to share my life with such beautiful people who are there for me when I need them and who also allow me to be a part of theirs. 💜💛💚

you are loved.

it hurts us that we can’t be with you when all we want to do is give you the biggest hug. we may never fully understand the deep sorrow you are feeling but there is One who does. Jesus was homesick too. through this season of grief, loss and loneliness, may you draw from the Living Water. draw from the source. you have come so far and i am beyond proud of who you’ve become. the flowers still grow even when the days are long and slow. ✨i often get overwhelmed at how much the Lord has given me the past twenty years. so much love, victory, blessings yet the greatest of them all was sending His Son to save the world. will always be in awe of who You are and what you have sacrificed. thank you for your free gift, your unconditional love, and your presence in my life. i only pray that i learn to live for you and not for myself anymore, for if the Son of God could lay down His life then who am i to hold on to mine? ✨
