Erm… I think I was name-dropped in the @bbc ‘s The Night Manager 2 Finale on Sunday?! 😂

The more I watch it the more I hear ‘Giles’ not Charles, what do you think?!

Thanks to @jamie_ells for sending me this!

Photo Basel, Switzerland. Witness the transformative power of photography and see ART in every frame!!! 😊 🙏🏾 It’s not just photographic art but it’s a dynamic medium reflecting our evolving world. 🌍 To me the process is just as crucial as the CRAFT itself. It’s not just about the WHAT but the HOW too. I’ve gotten back into LOVING the making of photography, set ups, even floral arrangements, you name it. Making stuff. 😊 See you there!!!

In my work, I’m fascinated by how noise (cacophony) can feel chaotic and without structure, while music (harmony and melodies) shows beautiful, complex patterns. This is dedicated to Khaira. The hidden ART DIRECTOR. Thanks for the journey yesterday 🙏🏾 🧡

1000 VOLTS OF VOICES: New project features sound frequencies shot at 535hz per song 🎶 in DE-IONISED WATER. There is an audio harmony or frequency FEELING you get with music on this frequency level. Honestly, it makes such a difference to one’s WELLBEING. I captured these images in liquid. Imagine, I must have played 1000s of different musical pieces through my magic VALVE AMP!!! How many songs have ran through those WIRES and CABLES. It’s like a vibratory museum or archive. What should we call this special SPACE. Imagine, Abbey Road’s own studio wires have carried great voices from the likes of Paul Robeson, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Fela Kuti, Pink Floyd, Kate Bush, Stevie Wonder, Pink Floyd, Ella Fitzgerald and Stormzy. Imagine the memory of those voices or sounds. I’m interested in that foot print that these sounds or frequencies leave behind. Video by the marvellous Ezra Banton, 17 yrs. Tar son…

Love 🧡 this track!!! Strawberry Fields from the album Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts♥️ Club Band recorded in 1967 at Abbey Road Studios on a J37 4 track machine. Every instrument is recorded on its own track. Love Sgt Pepper too. The drums and electric guitar were recorded on one level, the bass on its own track, I think. Listen and you’ll hear one of my fav instruments. The French 🇫🇷 horn. In homage to this album I approached this from a botanical direction. Shooting the flowers 💐 for this project. There is a great reference to flora or flowers on the original album cover. The actual flowers were sourced from Clifton Nurseries back then in Maida Vale, London. Great idea in my opinion which set a new aesthetic sensibility, in that this reflected the group’s wanting something different to reflect their personalities. Shooting these flora and pieces for this project also calls for layering the images together to give it this texture feel. This is the way I see and felt the music. Operating on different levels. Different memories and different experiences every time I listen to it. 😊

“LET THERE BE LIGHT.” Genesis 1:3 Is this GOD calling light into being???? Imagine that plants and flowers 🌺 were one of the 1st things that humans came to value and that they had no utilitarian purpose for them. Meaning that they were not linked in some way to survival. Jesus contemplates that we should learn from flowers. 🌹 They have become for us an expression in form and they’ve become like the bridge between physical form and the formless. We like the ethereal quality in flowers. 🌺 we can sense the Devine. I’ll EXHIBIT a collection of floral photographs in London at a stunning 🤩 location to be announced. In the meantime these two pieces are dedicated to my best friends Mother & Father. Mr & Mrs Cortes. Who shared incredible LOVE 🧡 towards me when I was 13 and had lost my own mother. I still feel their love and support today. Love 🧡 x

SEEING SOUND!! transformed into a visual message. Creating a unique representation of harmony and hope. Frequencies photographed through De-ionised water. 💦 The word turned into flesh. Or sound turned into solid form. 😊
