This started as a story but it’s way too important to me to not have a spot on the grid…
I’m so incredibly proud of the woman l’ve become throughout this journey.
Not just the physique that I built, but the confidence and belief in myself that came with it.
I worked so hard for this moment and when it finally came I didn’t hold back. I just went out there and owned it.
Sure I’m not perfect, I have stretch marks and loose skin. But it sure didn’t stop me from stepping out and owning the hell out of it.
That right there means everything to me. 💖

The best moment of my life 🩷🌎

I’d like to start the thanks with my coach.
@jamiedash for always peeling me back each year to bring an even gnarlier package. To call him intelligent would be an insult, he’s much higher than that. A wizard, a mentor, a legend. Who would’ve thought that first moment walking into a consult with you 10 years ago would lead to us winning the world..
We hit new ✨disgusting✨ levels.. exactly how we like it.
From best in Tasmania -> to the best in the world 🌎

WORLD CHAMPION 🌎😭❤️

10 years. One dream. A moment I’ll remember for the rest of my life. 🥹

I’ve imagined this moment a thousand times, more than a thousand, but nothing could have prepared me for how it actually feels. I can officially say I achieved my dreams and that is so surreal in itself.

There are so many words, so many emotions and so many people to thank. A longer post will come, but right now I’m just soaking in the moment I’ve spent a decade dreaming of. ❤️

And just like that, my 2026 competition season is over. 🥹❤️

I don’t even know how to put the last nine months into words. It’s been such a huge part of my life for so long and I can’t quite believe we’ve reached the end.

This prep has challenged me in so many ways, but it’s also been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’ve learnt so much about myself along the way and I’m genuinely so proud of what I’ve achieved. Most importantly, I know I brought my best package to the stage and that means so much to me.

There are a few people I couldn’t have done this without.

To Troy, thank you for everything. I know the last nine months haven’t always been easy and I appreciate every little thing you’ve done to support me. You’ve been there through it all and I’m so incredibly lucky to have you.

To my family and friends, thank you for always being there, for understanding when I’ve been a little absent and for supporting me throughout this crazy journey.
Amelia, Rex & Amy seeing you guys there and having you share this moment with me meant more than words.

Jamie, thank you for everything you’ve put into helping me get here and for always pushing me to be better. I’m so grateful for everything we’ve achieved together.

And Shauny, my beautiful girl. I don’t think you realise just how much of an impact you’ve had on me. You’ve helped me grow in ways that go far beyond posing and I’ll forever be grateful that this journey brought us together.

I started this journey with a goal, but I’m finishing it with so much more than I ever expected.

What a year. What an experience. What a way to finish the season!

My heart is so full, and I’m so bloody proud. 🩷✨
