I love training that helps people get stronger, move better, and feel more capable in their own body. Whatever that looks like for them. We meet people at their level, because moving well at any age matters.
That’s why I’m here. 🖤 @elevateathleticclub

Jamie 🤍

Branding photos are even more fun when you bring your friends along.

These Arbonne girls booked the studio together and made a whole afternoon out of updating their branding photos. It’s such a great way to split the nerves, hype each other up, and walk away with fresh content for everyone.

So grab your coworkers, your team, or your business besties and come hang out with me in the studio!

I think we’ve become so obsessed with everything needing to feel “aligned,” “grounded,” or “right” that we’ve forgotten what growth actually feels like.

Sometimes growth feels like being the least experienced person in the room. Sometimes it feels like asking questions you don’t know the answers to. Sometimes it feels like saying yes before you have every detail figured out.

Allow yourself to be a beginner. Every opportunity that’s stretched me the most has come with a mix of excitement and nerves. I don’t think anxiety is always something to run from. Sometimes it’s the feeling of stepping into a version of yourself you’ve never been before. We’ve started treating discomfort like it’s a sign to stop, when a lot of the time it’s simply the cost of growing.

The goal is to build a life you’re proud of, and that usually requires doing things that feel unfamiliar before they ever feel natural 🤍
