This time of year can be difficult for some people.

Today, Benoît (Benny) is helping me acknowledge and honor anyone who is fighting Mental Health issues and/or PTSD.

If you're struggling, please know you don't have to do it alone.

Please reach out to someone who cares.

Someone who can either help you, or help you find someone who can.

Codependency can kill. I know because it almost killed me. I was in a toxic relationship, and coming from a toxic family system, I believed that it was normal and the best I could have.

When it ended, I became very depressed. The pain was unbearable. I was taking medicine for my mental health, but nothing worked.

I thought I was incurable, and the quality of my life (at the time) was too painful to want to continue living it, so I tried ending it.

To make a long story short; much later, and after joining CoDa (a 12-step program for people who want to recover from codependency), working with adept healers and obtaining a masters in spiritual psychology, I realized I wasn't mentally ill, which is why none of the medicines worked for me!

The reality is that I was suffering from and with a broken heart.

I realized my heart is precious, and that I shouldn't give away to anyone so entirely and so quickly, especially to people who aren't emotionally intelligent enough to appreciate this generous and loving heart.

Can you relate? Do you know someone who can?

I not only survived, I am thriving!

And you know what? So can you!

Spiritual psychology is a very potent and heart-centered approach to healing deep core wounds, but there's one caveat... you must be ready to do the work because if you're not, no amount of time spent with a professional will make a dent.

At the same time, we shouldn't wait to hit rock bottom because some never recover from that.

Be proactive! Don't wait!

DM me or find someone else, but please don't put it off. You might just be able to quantum leap your life like I have.

If you haven't seen, there's a show on Apple TV called Schmigaloon (like Brigadoon). I just finished the 1st season. It is SO good! Especially if you love musicals.

It's a crazy musical that uses other musicals as inspiration, yet they change the song to not copy the originals.

I found it so funny and touching. I KNOW Dad would have loved it. ✨️

The main guy hates musicals, and winds up in one!!

It's a little raunchy, too (double meaning stuff that's very funny).

It gives the inner cynic a rest and the playful, authentic neglected inner child a chance to fall in love with life and with love itself.

I absolutely recommend it. It's a very feel good series!

If you or anyone you know is having challenges in your relationship... perhaps trying a spiritual psychology approach might help!

I am a licensed minister with a masters is spiritual psychology and a masters in social work. I have 25 year experience and would be happy to provide testimonials.

Remember: suffering is a choice, not an obligation.

If you're ready to qunantum leap your current reality, you're only a DM away!

Phone, video, and in person (in the Kansas City area) are available.
