Who you’re coached by matters just as much as who you work out with.

“Iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” - Proverbs 27:17

It’s a lot easier to hit your goals when you’re surrounded by like-minded people.

The right environment pushes you to grow, holds you accountable, and challenges you to be better-physically, mentally, and spiritually.

If you’ve been looking for a place to train hard, stay consistent, and call home, you’ve found it.

At GrindCamp, from dynamic mobility series to our warm to our build-up sets we warm the body and nervous system for what’s coming.

Our working sets are where strength meets explosiveness heavy squats followed by jumps.

Why? Because when your body learns to produce power after moving heavy weight, it starts to expect that same force every time you move.

That’s how athletes build “game-day pop.”

Over time, you don’t just lift stronger you jump higher, move faster, and finish stronger in the 4th quarter when everyone else is fading. 🦁

The 9th grade/JV season might be over but your work isn’t. This is where the real ones separate themselves. The weight room, your mindset, and your consistency right now will determine who starts next year.

At GrindCamp, we’re training high school athletes all offseason to get faster, stronger, and more explosive before next season.

Legs Days are a major portion of our programming!
When we’re doing our “working sets” it’s contrasted with a similar movement pattern done explosively. The goal output of that is explosive power. Explosive power is the ability to rapidly increase force at a fast velocity.

How do we build explosive 🧨 power? Strength training! It’s the building block foundation for explosive strength.

How does it affect fat loss?
•It increases your metabolic heart rate.
•It increases your oxygen consumption and fat oxidation after exercise.
•It lowers your cortisol levels & helps release endorphins.

With fat loss being a common goal & an increased need in our world today to manage our stress better implement this into your training regime.

In need of a place where you can come in and release endorphins & drop body fat this is the place for you. Click the #GCFreeTrial in our bio to get a free class.
