I am delighted to post this one! My client lost 17kg in the space of 8months purely by diet and walking! With that being said he is now in a position to amp up his level of physical activity and found the confidence to hit the gym 🙏🏽 this is his progression from A to B, if you found that impressive wait until you see his B to C 💪🏽

Why over complicate it? If you’re trying to lose weight, there’s 2 solid methods to do so and if 1 doesn’t suit you, I’m sure the other one will!

My client is absolutely crushing it! He has shown significant progress in such a short amount of time where he has picked up long combos very quickly and is becoming more and more fluid with the movement when throwing his punches. in addition to this you can see in recent posts his level of commitment 🔥
