Throwback to our little tour down to Long Beach a few weeks ago. Met some cool folks and survived the crazy heat down there 🥵 Shout out to @wearegingsu for having us and shout out to @septacoda and @wirestheband for the rad sets 🤘🏼 Hope to see y'all SoCal peeps again soon!

We'll be hitting the road again in a few weeks, making stops in Fresno, SLO, and arriving back to play at home at @nocrapontap on 11/15. See y'all soon!

I’ve been overjoyed & overwhelmed by the love & support I’ve received. Hearing from elementary school classmates, friends from my pressplay stan twitter days, and people I’ve never met has filled me with so much joy.

I’ve used all the donated money to cover housing & essential bills for the next few months, which has relieved so much stress. My next obstacle (besides surgery & radiation) is keeping my Medi-Cal coverage while looking for a job. Having to choose between affordable healthcare & a living wage shows how sick our society is.

This sickness is called capitalism, a global system that forces most people to work for wages, overworked just to make corporate owners (capitalists) richer. They decide our hours, who gets hired and fired, how dangerous our jobs are, and how much profit they squeeze from us. We work 40+ hours and multiple jobs to make ends meet, while they buy private jets & islands and destroy our planet.

At first I felt ashamed to publicly ask for money. But that feeling, too, is a product of this society. Before capitalism imposed its hyper-individualism, tearing communities apart with wars and gentrification, it was normal for neighbors to help each other. Let’s bring back community care and resource-sharing.

You’ve shown me there is hope in humanity. We can change society, but we can’t rely solely on politicians, even good ones (the Zohran Mamdanis of today and tomorrow). Deep change needs ordinary people organizing into a mass movement! You don’t have to be an activist to organize. Talking to neighbors and coworkers about the billionaire-run system we’re trapped in (for now!), speaking up for one another - that is organizing. I know we can do it because I’ve FELT the empowerment of the 200+ people who helped me these past two weeks. You held me up when I was down, so we can extend this love to more people, for a better society.

We have everything to lose and a world to win. I’ll see you guys after my surgery.

all the love, Deya

so many people i could post, here are the FEW !!! (i was thinking of doing a video combining all this but my surgery prep has been so busy so!! if you’re not here, just know I am thinking about you and love y

Semi annual reel of my winter!

I got to kayak around and poke dead things with sticks for CDFW again, something I've wanted to get back to for 7 years now. And, by title, I am a Fish Biologist now!

The wanderlust kicked in after salmon season finished. A coastal trip with da boiz up north, and a coastal trip with myself to Big Sur. A couple instances of 11hr drives to do some contract work back in the Grand Canyon, getting to enjoy the best people the southwest has to offer and to bake myself in the March heatwave. A semi spontaneous Euro trip to see a couple friends, to play around in the Alps and the stomping grounds I once held in Prague. Dropping into powder with sounds of stoke, with the few good storms we got in the Sierra.

As always, this video is a complication of some of the best moments of my winter. It doesn't show all of it - that's social media for ya. But I'm happy and grateful to have had the resources, friendships, support and self to keep exploring through all of it.

Onto a big new adventure! The pacific crest trail awaits! "The further up and the further in you go, the bigger everything gets. The inside is larger than the outside.” - CS Lewis

This weekend we had Coach @coach_kamakazi_steve and Coach @katywinget teach a fantastic seminar on back control and 50/50 guard. Everyone had a great time meeting and learning from them. Come back again soon!

We're back.
We're refreshed.
And most importantly...we're hungry.

Taking an intentional break from live shows these past few months has really done all of our souls real good. Leaves room for tons of creation, internal reflection and much needed self care - both individually and as a band.

We can't wait to show y'all the new stuff we've been cooking. Our first show coming back from hibernation is gonna be at @staygoldoakland on 3/27. It'll be a banger of a bill with @thelightingsection , @sevenasterisk , @cannonmouthcollective , and @dryheat408 .

Consider this our soft rebrand, so don't miss out on our official SPRING AWAKENING SHOW!

In the meanwhile enjoy these dope pics from our photoshoot with the legendary @plague.av ! Good work chap 👏🏼

Ain't no scene like the bay scene!

Yearbook Night really is one of those nights that can't be described other than you just had to be there. Truly a wealth of community that we're blessed to be a part of.

Thanks @earthling.entertainment for your labor of love in capturing so many photos of so many bands across the scene. Your presence will be missed, but I'm sure some of us will give you and @orbit17music some occassional company up in Portland.

Thanks everyone who voted for our @jammin_cam95 for BEST GUITAR FACE 😬

Shout out to @trixierasputinpresents and all the bands for putting on a kickass show 🎶

Lastly.....we'll see you in the parking lot @projecthazemusic 👊🏽😤

100's of digital media files and 1000's of IRL candid moments have been shared between ourselves and y'all this year. Regardless of how many files and IRL moments are created, we appreciate every single damn one of em.

2025's been a year filled with massive internal and external changes, growing pains, personal and musical maturity.....but most importantly.....PROGRESS.

We're greatful to have spent this past year sharing what we love doing with y'all. Whether we've shared the stage, hung out within the scene, met on the road, recorded, or sent each other memes - we strive to continue doing so in 2026.

We're excited to show y'all what we've been cooking as of late. See y'all in a few months for our spring awakening.

Congratulations to our newest belt promotions!

🟦 Patrick
🟦 Desmond
🟪 Mica

They all have demonstrated consistency in training, even during adversity in their own busy lives off the mat - work, parenthood, injuries etc. After completing their traditional iron man ~ rolling with over 30 individuals in attendance! ~ Coach Lily tied their new belts and we all celebrated as a community! 🥋🦍
