BROS OUT WEST 🌊 The winter solstice was a good one on the west coast. 18 brothers gathered to hike the Comans Track, from Te Ahuahu Road down to Karekare beach. 4 hours of forest, sand, hiking, chilling, laughing, listening and brotherhood. A chance to get off the grid, move the body, and remember what it feels like to walk alongside good men. We're stoked to be able to provide these experiences in nature - for brothers to come together and connect, be witnessed, and feel heard and respected among men. Stay tuned for the next Hikoi events in your area. Learn more at https://bros.nz #menswork #broshikoi #menscircle #menswellbeing #brosnz

Day 30: 30 DAYS OF FREESTYLE. I’m BEYOND PROUD OF MYSELF. Grateful for the love, the support, the people who encourage me and offer opportunities to level up. The friends who came to see my performances. The raw authentic flopping, foolish face off with the parts of me that felt scared and did it anyway. The inner child me who procrastinated a million times over but somehow pulled it together and dug deep when it got harder and more uncomfortable. #growthedge Grateful for @jamon_to for pouring so much time and energy supporting in ways I’ve been really blessed to receive. Truly talented human for songwriting support ✨👏🥹 I have 2 weeks of Summer School and 5 songs to get done and I’m all finished - more to come… 🎶🎧🎸🥁🎤 #nzartist #musician #dreamer #bringingittolife #growthanddevelopment #creativehappylife #creatingart
