Providence is on its way to be the first city to divest from Israel bonds but we need your help!
Write a postcard to your city councilor to vote yes on ordinance n. 45610 to stop sending our PVD tax dollars to fund genocide and redirect them instead to our communities and neighborhoods.

Snag a postcard at any of the below locations. Fill it out, making sure to include your name, address, and city council member, and any additional personal comments.
Drop it off at any of the following drop off locations before Sept 16th to have your postcard delivered to city council and to be entered to win a variety of prizes from local artists.

Most importantly, don’t forget: DONATIONS ALONE ARE NOT ENOUGH. Until Israel ends its complete siege on Gaza, these funds will not reach medical workers on the ground. In the meantime, Israel continues to brutally bombard the more than two million Palestinians in Gaza, destroying neighborhoods, displacing families from their homes, and killing thousands of people.

Take action now to stop this genocide. If you can, attend the National March on Washington this Saturday at 2:00pm to demand an immediate ceasefire and an end to U.S. aid to Israel. Buses are traveling to DC from around the country—see the third slide to find a bus from a city near you.
