Introducing Hishanth “THE GAFFER” Jegathasan 🎬🥊

34 years old. 6’1”. Southpaw. And a filmmaker by profession… which probably explains why he’s already given himself the most important job on set: The Gaffer.

Usually he’s behind the camera calling the shots. On October 3rd, he’ll be stepping in front of it and trying to land a few instead.

And being a southpaw means his opponent has two problems: figuring out the angles… and figuring out why this filmmaker keeps punching them from the wrong side.

Fight-night genre: Action. Definitely action. 😂🔥

What an incredible evening at the TPN x HSBC South Asian Heritage Month Event ❤️💛

It was an honour to speak and represent my Tamil heritage at HSBC’s global HQ in Canary Wharf. To see our culture celebrated so vibrantly, from the performances to the conversations in the room, was something truly special.

Events like this remind me how far we’ve come but also how important it is to build pathways for the next generation of South Asian professionals and entrepreneurs. I’m more committed than ever to giving back to my community and helping others rise.

Big thank you to @hsbc_uk for facilitating and @tamilprofessionalsnetwork for creating such an inspiring space and having me speak at your previous event 👉🏽
