Reliving this day under the poplar trees at @promisecherrybeach 🍒

I’m so happy to share that my full sunset set from last August is up on YouTube!

As the sun shined I played deep and upbeat grooves, moving into the night with driving, percussive rhythms. I felt totally aligned with the music and connected with the crowd 🙂‍↔️

Hope you enjoy the trip back to the beach as much as I did 💚

In the episode, Matt breaks down the strategy behind his viral short film, Get Up Try Again, which has already crossed 100K views. Matt shares the raw realities of indie production, from watching his $5,000 budget climb to $8,000 to the technical obsession required to recreate a perfect 2012 aesthetic. We dive into why he believes your behind-the-scenes content is just as important as the film itself and how letting go of the camera to focus on directing changed everything for his career.
