Four unforgettable days. Endless inspiration. A heart that’s completely full.

Closing out my season with @reverbtapcompany at @octapfest was everything I could have hoped for and more. Every class challenged me, every conversation inspired me, and every moment reminded me why I fell in love with tap in the first place.

Being a member of Reverb has transformed my training in ways I never imagined, thanks to the unwavering guidance of Ms. Leah @leahrsilva and Ms. Mary Thomas. The academy classes were nothing short of incredible and easily some of the most meaningful experiences of my season.

At the festival, I was honored to train in the Advanced/Pro Room alongside and learn from some of tap’s greatest artists — Sam Weber @sweberful , Anthony Morigerato @amtapdance , Leo Manzari @leomanzari , Cartier Williams @cartierawilliams , Sarah Reich @sourtaps , Steve Zee @tapacademyonline , Linda Sohl-Ellison, Monti Ellison @montiellison , Max Pollock @max1poll , Melissa Tannus @melissatannus , and, of course, Ms. Leah! To share space with these legends was a dream come true. And then to perform at the festival with all of them in the audience… priceless!

But beyond the classes, it was the people who made this weekend unforgettable. Connecting with dancers from around the US and the world, sharing our love for this art form, and building friendships that will last far beyond the festival is something I’ll always treasure. @fabio.guillelmon @iamlucasthomson @tapnzofficial @brandoncarterchan @cameroncarterchan @yiguye22 @colton.hagler @jamyouthproject @thetapspace @crashtaps to name a few!

Thank you Ms. Leah for believing in me and creating opportunities that continue to push me to grow. And thank you to everyone who made OC Tap Fest feel like home. Until next time… ✨
