Last night’s concert was a powerful testament to the healing spirit of dance. As part of Southeastern’s Fanfare Festival, the performance honored the 14 lives lost in New Orleans on New Year’s Day, sharing a message of resilience, unity, and hope through movement, film, and music.

We’re so proud to have our very own, Ja’Nae Martin, be part of such a meaningful production. 🤎 Your passion and artistry shined so brightly — what a beautiful way to honor and uplift through dance! 🩰

Theatre students stay involved in so many organizations and school events. Not only are Janae and Aleyla in Talented Theatre, but also Teddy Bear Dance Team, NTHS, NHS, Ethics Bowl, Top Ten of their class, and SHEE. We are so proud to watch them give their ALL for Homecoming Season! #bruintheatre

Four more chances this summer to make a difference with Bruin Theatre before the school year starts. We planned out and made next year’s theatre calendar, sorted through clothes to donate to a local nonprofit Grace at the Green Light, contacted Second Harvest to possibly setup a food pantry at Bonnabel for 2023-2024 school year, and found out we will be the first school to be entered into the Southeastern Ethics Bowl from Louisiana (in conjunction with Tulane University). #savebruintheatre #theatre #youngleaders
