For close to 6-7 years I have put off something that has always been in the back of my mind. In 2024 I finally got the mind set that I was going to do it. I’m not getting any younger and the time was now. I put all of my fears aside and I started my 4 pre-reqs that I needed and applied to nursing school in December 2024. Today, I was accepted. I can’t believe it. I can’t believe I’m finally doing it. My mom was always telling everyone I was already a nurse, in nursing school or that I would make a great nurse. A few days before she was intubated she was telling her nurses I was already in nursing school. I believe my acceptance came from her. Thanks Mom, I’m finally going to do it and I know you’ll be with me every step of the way! 🥺♥️
