Haircuts should get better with time. 🌈

When I was 25 I took myself back to hair school, because of one thing. The grow out. I realized I wasn’t fully understanding haircutting because of the grow out. When return clients would come back with a graduated bob and it would look f****😂 I’d be like did I do that? 😭🫠

I trained with @sassoonacademyofficial Santa Monica (when that was still there) abcs/then I went on to creative. I did 1-1s with @_gummy_beats_ @jamesmould @three_education and @federicoadvanced with zgat @ivanaspicer @mm.mario.mesaric and retrained myself how to cut hair. All of these incredible educators reprogrammed my brain, and body mechanics.

What I realized was that when the hair grew back the bone structure was the missing ingredient. Understanding what’s happening on the skull will help for better suitability for each client.

Hair Fam❤️ this Sunday 4-7 @thenoiseprojectlv we have our quartly Hair Hangs Event @fergusonsdowntown Inside of the salon! Me and the girls will be demoing Haircuts with the creative process. Key Delivery Day 🔑✨

If I told you everything that went into this deal, you’d probably gain a gray hair right along with us 😅 This one was not easy but we stayed the course and made it happen.

Just when my clients were starting to lose hope, I kept reminding them what was possible. Sometimes all people need is steady guidance, reassurance, and someone who refuses to give up on them.

This is exactly why experience matters. An experienced agent doesn’t disappear when things get tough, we find solutions and get you to the finish line.

Definitely one for the books, but I couldn’t be happier that this family gets to start the new year in their new home 🏡✨

Washington in July 🤍

We group text, and plan, we prep and pack, then we travel, and land and drive… We meet up and hug, we laugh and re-pack so we can all fit together. The dogs jump in and we head to the far off places - where less people are willing to go, and it feels like we are alone out there. But really we are together - and it’s quiet, and beautiful.

We unpack, organize and get situated. We cook, and build, and chop, and explore. We tend to get really loud before we build the campfire when we settle down again, and reconnect, tell stories, play guitar and sing. Then we retreat and rest and do it all over again the next day if we are lucky.

Camping with this crew will never disappoint.
