When we attach meaning you are choosing fear, loss and being misunderstood.

Our defenses are there to protect us from actual horrible things like DEATH.

But when we can at least reach for curiosity as @janabryant2.0 mentions in this weeks episode, we open the door to connect.

With curiosity we open the door for
Love
Vulnerability
Empathy
Understanding
Belonging

Which cant we call make room for more of those?

Yall are so smart, you see feel and Know what triggers you..

But shame and blame enter the relationship before you get a moment to pause

Because its either (or both)
This happened because of You
And/or
I Am Bad/ Horrible/ an asshole

But the Pause is where your power and compassion start.

Happy Birthday to our Taurus Women! 🫶🏽♉️✨

Breaking the mold on what healing content “should” look like.
True alignment isn’t curated. It’s messy, it’s powerful, it’s real.
Think: bloopers, late-night raw confessions, behind-the-scenes chaos and magic. That’s what makes this podcast a sanctuary….not just a show.

Power in our presence. Magic in our mess. Strength in our sisterhood.

This is Surreal Life in motion 💜
Yesterday wasn’t perfect and that’s exactly what made it powerful.
No fancy photographer. No full production team. Just us, five women, one shared mission, and a whole lot of heart.

It was our first time ALL together: Tristan, Jana, Jennifer, and Shaeylea. Kids in tow. Chaos in the background. And still, something clicked.
We were chasing sun light, chasing time, chasing quiet moments between motherhood and purpose and somehow, the universe met us there.

We showed up in our fullness: a little messy, a little magic.
We improvised, we trusted, and we made it work.

One day we’ll look back at this moment and we’ll say,
“Damn. We really were self-made.”

And we’ll remember the exact day we stopped waiting for perfect and chose to just show up as we are.
That’s where the power is.

Last night was surreal.
We held our very first Surreal Life community dinner — and wow.
This isn’t just a podcast. It’s a living, breathing sanctuary and this dinner was proof that real soulful connection still exists in this wild world.

To everyone who showed up: thank you for making this night unforgettable. We’re just getting started.

Meet Jennifer — our Human Design expert, intuitive healer, and the newest voice on Surreal Life Podcast.
She’s a mom of 3, a survivor, and a guide who blends lived experience with deep spiritual insight.

Jennifer helps you decode your energy, embody your purpose, and finally live a life that feels like you.
Think: soul-activating Human Design readings, truth bombs, and that “wait… how did she know that?!” kind of clarity.

She’s the guide you didn’t know you needed.
