So! It has been 6 weeks since I made my lavender soap naturally coloured with alkanet infused olive oil. You can see from the ‘end loaf’ piece and the swirled top slice that the colour has faded to a vintage-y ( yes - that is a word - I made it up 😆) pinkish colour. The cut side of the soap however is still a lovely lavender 🪻purple! Which I am definitely loving 🥰 Let me know what you think in the comments. ⬇️ #soapmaking 🧼 #coldprocesssoapmaking #handmade #brightcoastuk #acrylacreativestudio - Jany - I’ve tagged you as you mentioned you’d like to see the colour after cure.

🍩🧼 Donut or Soap? 🍩🧼

Can you guess? These delightful treats might look good enough to eat, but they're actually handmade soaps! 😲🛁 Very impressive, @acrylacreativestudio!

Thank you to all of our followers! Michael and I wish you a very happy holiday. We're grateful for your early support in the business, inclusive of engaging with us on Instagram.

📷 Here are some snapshots of Catalyst's Holiday Greetings to our local supporters.

🍪 Consultants by day and bakers by night, we've added some tasty Amish Friendship Bread with a Japanese twist for our local crew (freshly baked that day).

🎁 As an extra delight you'll find @acrylacreativestudio highlighted with a free sample of her artisan soap. Jany is an incredible human being and is the CEO and chief creative of Acryla. I've had the fortune of meeting her this year and learning about her business and goals. She exemplifies grit and resilience as a small business owner. I wanted to share a bit of her product to support a great budding business and inspire others to keep trying, don't be afraid to fail, and don't hold yourself back. You'll surprise yourself, I guarantee! Check out her Instagram!

Merry Christmas,
Hidemi
