“There is no such thing as a free lunch”

…or dinner with dancing and a 7hr open bar.

If you’ve been honoured with an invitation to someone’s (two people’s) best day ever, you have an obligation to contribute.

Guests, this is your time to shine. ☀️💃🕺💖✨

When the @janda.events crew messages “any chance you’re free on the 8th?”, you say YES.

Lei and Jake weren’t able to celebrant for Mon and Keira’s wedding (scheduling, the ultimate party pooper), so they asked me to step in as celebrant and MC. And look, standing in for someone else’s business is not a small ask. Janda is built on care, detail and genuinely giving a damn about their couples, and being trusted to carry that for a day was a proper honour. One that I didn’t take lightly.

Turns out, Mon and Keira - and their peeps- were just my cup of tea. How this wonderful universe delivers again 🥺✨🙏🏼 Up at @thebowerestate, tucked into the rainforest with every person who loves them, these two were a fucking JOY. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house for the ceremony, and well, the reception vibes were HIGHHH

Thank you @lovelei_weddings and @newellywedded for the trust, and Mon and Keira for having me be part of your day @mon.mortimer @keiramortimer

Loved working alongside the full Janda Crew on this one - as well as @ashhughesweddings who took these incredible snaps! What a day!❤️

Angela + Tom 🤍

Midday wedding at @figtreerestaurant with @janda.events 🤙🏻

I played them down the aisle and through the signing, then @nathbassist joined me on guitar for cocktail hour 🎸 Inside for lunch and speeches with some solo piano, then we wrapped the afternoon with a poolside DJ set 🎧

Midday weddings are now my favourite 😍
