DAD BRAG: This kid. I’m so incredibly proud of this young lady. She has persevered, and graduated high school with double the credits required, 7 dual enrollment classes at Middlesex County College, a certificate from RISD’s Advanced Program Online (awarded Eliza Radeke Scholarship), and 3 AP classes. She served as President and Secretary of her honor society, was awarded Perfect Paper and Gold and Silver medals for the National Latin Exam, and had artwork selected for the Arts High NJ digital exhibition. She did this while managing a baking business, volunteering for @icingsmiles and at an immigration/deportation law office. She has performed in musical theater, choir concerts, guitar recitals, and poetry events. Busy what I’m most proud of is her character—her kindness, courage to stand up for others, and her desire for justice and equity in the world. She’s planning to study International Relations this fall and pursue a career in law. I, for one, can’t wait to see it all unfold. Congrats, Emma!

And, of course, a congratulations to the world’s best teacher, my wife, without whom none of this would have ever happened! She deserves all the credit here!

Last pic: just a few of the folks (family and chosen family) from our “village” of support. We are all so grateful to have you in our corner and I still can’t believe folks came from as far as Texas and NC to help celebrate 😭

🎉 20 YEARS 🥂 Words fail to accurately describe the last 2 decades full of memories, adventures, laughs, tears, mayhem, joys, and travels. Renee, I’m so lucky I’ve had you, my best friend, by my side through it all. I can’t wait to see what the next few decades bring, but just maybe we can slow it down a bit so that I can actually take it all in 😂 Happy Anniversary, babe! 💕

💐 Happy Mother’s Day to the most selfless, loving, supportive, hard-working mother around. The one who makes all our family adventures and memorable moments happen. You teach us every day how to be better people, how to love others, how to be gracious, show empathy, and give our very best. You never quit. We love you! ❤️

Took some time today to get a little fresh air @gatewaynps with the family and one of my daughter’s best friends who is moving. We needed this. It was a perfect mental health break from the election, ending with some amazing pizza (not pictured because we ate it too fast) at @seabrightpizza_

Last year on our wedding anniversary we were driving across the country with 4 kids on the most epic road trip ever. This year we’re celebrating 17 years while under lockdown 🙃 Happy anniversary to my one and only ride-or-die! Love you, babe! Here’s a bit of a walk down memory lane.
