Delighted that this beautiful ceramic by Jane Flint has now sold! 🦊

Sitting peacefully amongst the woodland, this charming little fox has felt perfectly at home here at the Sculpture Park. We’re so pleased it will now be heading off to its new home to be enjoyed by its new owners.

Another lovely piece finding its forever home. 🤍

SOLD 🔴
Fawn by Jane Flint

We are delighted to have sold this beautiful piece by Jane Flint. Fawn is part of her Story Keepers series; collection of human figures with animal masks, keeping guard of the stories held within the hand thrown pots beneath them.

We are lucky enough to have lots of Jane's work on display in the park and in the gallery.

I know it's not my usual sculptjng but...

Well I have to do my best for my little girl!
She might be 21 but she's loved dinosaurs since she was tiny!
Still got to put his tail on, aka handle! But I'm very happy with it so far!

Need to contact @ctmpotters as I need some dipping glaze and I need some glazes that are hygiene approved, so she can make tea in it 😁

What do you think so far?

This is the big news!

As you know I've been seeking a new kiln for a long time, but because of my situation buying a new one wasn't an option at all, however even a secondhand one was way out of my price range. I'd bought a kiln last year very cheaply but when I got it home it wasn't right for me, it needed work more than we realised and a new controller that would cost twice what we'd paid for the kiln.
That's now going for sale as it's sat in my art shed just wasted when someone could fix it or turn it into a decent raku kiln.

So I thought any chance of a kiln was gone, until a really kind guy saw my plight on a post and contacted me. He made us an offer we couldn't refuse and Jools collected her today.
Her inside is still almost white it's crazy! I'm going to replace her elements just in case I think, and I have to wait to have her wired in, but she's a @potclays S26 Top loading kiln and I love her!!!! And she comes with a controller too!

💛SHARE To those who might like my sculptures🤍💛
