The Best Friday night in Prestbury!

Come and join the amazing Jane Townsend and myself, Seline for our May Ibiza Sunset Flow.

A gorgeous uplifting flow to Balearic beats, a grounding savasana with smiles and hugs all round.

After class we will wander down to the Foxhole for drinks and chat.

And new for this month, we’ve arranged for us to have take out Pizzas from Base!

Yummy!

WHAT A NIGHT!

Friday night, Yoga Social Club style!

Led by the talented @janetownsend_ for the @_yogasocialclub we had the BEST night.

It’s serious yoga with a relaxed attitude.

At the Yoga Social Club, we are here for the body, soul and social life!

And we did just that.

Yoga.

Laughter.

Yoga.

More laughter.

Walk to the @theprestburyfoxhole

More laughter.

And a few soft drinks, a few bottles of Prosecco, cocktails and lager 🍺 (me)

And one of my yogis ordered a Pizza from @basepizzeria_prestbury to munch at Foxhole!

We’ve already got bookings in for our next one - Friday 22nd May at 6pm! Booking link in bio!
