My grandparents circa early 2000’s.
My grandfather was larger than life. What amazing accomplishments and adventures he had during his lifetime! He worked in a tiny cabin in rural Alaska during WWII doing H.A.M. Radio broadcasts. He was also the youngest member of the (now defunct) SF Chronicle.
My grandmother was my person. She made my clothes and all KINDS of stuffed animals! Honestly, I had a huge Purple T- Rex 20 years before Barney!! Ha!
I definitely love the English language because of her as well. To this day I laugh at how during the 80’s (until her passing in 2004) that you were NOT ALLOWED to call during Wheel of Fortune. No exceptions. Lol.
I love and miss them so very much!!!

Connecting with my framily and having them attend an art event with me has been the best part of this trip.
We made it down to San Diego and had lunch at my late father’s favorite restaurant with some of my favorite people.
@pointlomaseafoods
It was so fun meeting more CA Artists and connecting. I loved the reception and my heart is truly full.
Thank you to everyone who helped me make this trip possible!
