POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The end of an era... It’s time to say goodbye to the legendary loft ‘Charlotje’ and I’m honestly really sad today. About 2,5 years ago I bumped into an old acquaintance @thomasstaes again after we hadn’t seen each other since we were young teenagers. We connected again and he would tell me about this crazy loft in Antwerp he lived in with 2 of his best friends, inviting me to come check it out. @thomasstaes you became one my closest friends really quickly, while the loft turned into my new favorite home away from home and I became the unofficial weekend resident, crashing on the couch as if it were my own place. I can’t even begin to sum up all those amazing nights and parties we had, along with some of the worst hangovers of my life, but they were worth it. Along the way, I became real friends with the other loft residents @lynn.ver @mickbeetens and jippiejappo and I’m so grateful for how welcoming you all were towards me, how you always made me feel at home, as well as any friends I would bring along, and I never took this for granted. We would spend every other weekend together, just celebrating life, and you guys would literally always be there for me, even when I was at my saddest. You guys would laugh about my stories, tell me I’m a shit drinker and of course make fun of my outfits. You guys even let me invite my own friends and gave them a place to stay. I remember that one night when I called Thomas and told him I needed a place in Antwerp the next day because I was going to take out a girl on a date, and you guys weren’t even going to be home, so you just gave me my own keys 😂 Seriously, I love you guys ❤️ Back in May we celebrated my lockdown birthday just dancing for hours straight in the living room and it was one of my best birthdays ever. We were supposed to throw one hell of a goodbye party, but unfortunately this obviously couldn’t happen. This might be the end of an era right now, but these past 2,5 years will be forever with me ❤️

Coming into 2019, I made a huge promise to myself. And by God’s grace, I’ve been able to see it through & have some amazing experiences. As I look back, I’m beyond grateful & truly realized how blessed I am for these opportunities and grateful for the people I befriend while going through the process. Gonna keep this thang going 🤘🏽#spain #seville #barcelona #tenerife #soloadventures #grateful #stayprayedup🙏

Ik mocht nog eens buiten vant weekend.
En ik heb er zo van genoten dat ik maar 1 foto heb genomen die hier enigszins past.
