This month, Jane Gill PR celebrates 35 years.

It’s a meaningful milestone in a truly incredible journey.

I started the business driven by a love of brands and a curiosity about what made each one unique. Looking back, I’m filled with gratitude for the remarkable clients we’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with, the incredible people we’ve met along the way, and the meaningful work we’ve done.

What I celebrate most today are the people who have worked alongside me to help shape the agency over the years – leaders, nurturers, team builders, visionaries, creatives, and connectors.

35 years on, I extend my heartfelt thanks to our team, clients, and industry friends for their support – and for all the fun along the way.

While I have a deep appreciation for the past, I remain equally excited about the future.

Congratulations to the whole team at @sheltermovers and event producer @bassettevents on their beautiful luncheon event, Moving Stories: A Luncheon for Changemakers.

Hosted by @sangita.patel , keynote speaker, and Founder of @eviobeauty @brandileifso bravely shared her incredible story, and Presenting Sponsor @shantellebisson lead a very meaningful conversation with Brandi with a powerful message of resilience and transformation.

For those who don’t know, Shelter Movers, is a national, volunteer-powered charitable organization providing moving and storage services at no cost to individuals and families fleeing abuse. They collaborate with local businesses and community agencies to support people, primarily women and children, as they transition to a life free of violence.

Today, Shelter Movers is the only service of its kind in Canada. They are powered by over 1,000 volunteers across Canada and operate in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Southwestern Ontario, Greater Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Since 2016, they have completed over 8,500 moves, transitioning individuals and their families to lives free of abuse.

I am so proud to champion them and help fulfill their vision of a world where survivors can move on from abuse and violence in power and dignity.

If you are able, please consider sharing their mission with your network to grow the movement and multiply their impact.
