Dance ignites our joy, deepens our listening to ourselves and sometimes to others. It reminds us of what is good and beautiful in this world and energizes us to be able to stand up more strongly for what we believe in! It's also a super fun workout!

Check out our full new dance program schedule coming up (starting this Tuesday!) We hope you'll join us in trying something new and celebrating so many amazing years of Mandala.

42 🤍

Every year, another layer reveals itself-
more truth, more softness, more of me.

I feel myself rooting deeper into who I am…
and opening in ways I didn’t know I still could.

Not just giving love,
but finally letting myself receive it.

In my relationships.
In my community.
In the quiet, sacred moments that remind me how full this life really is.

42 doesn’t feel old… it feels rich.
Like I’ve lived many lifetimes already
and still, there’s so much more waiting for me here.

This year began surrounded by women who have shaped me, held me, and loved me into who I am today…
around a table built with intention, beauty, and care. A dinner party planned by @m2_michael , @sarahpetryk and @earthnourishmentwellness (thank you! 😭)

And my weekend continued for 3 days of delicious dance. I co-organized a workshop for @cathyhumansbeing- the conscious dance teacher that has expanded my world in so many beautiful ways.

If this is how 42 begins…
I already know it’s going to be a year of depth, expansion, and love.

And thank you @candidlycristina for this gift and now my new life moto. ❤️

Join Jane Parkes this Sunday, at 4:45PM to explore all that is alive in our bodies. The good, the bad, and the ugly!

No sign up necessary - bring a cash donation with you at the time of arrival for this workshop 🌟
