One thing about @beautycon that I don’t see people discussing more is the forward facing education of products and the behind the scenes or sourcing that goes into making our favorites products our favorite products! @beautycon made this objective of bringing us to school to learn to the next level with panels, classes and expert experiences to take product knowledge to the next level!

@daisychainfields was one of those rare days where everything aligned.

Functionally, it made perfect sense for @wizardwellness - hundreds of people outside, ragweed season kicking off, everyone just wanting to enjoy incredible artists without their allergies stealing the day. That's exactly what we're here for.

But it hit on a much deeper level too. This was a celebration of the power of women, and as the dad of two young girls, that's the world I want them to inherit. Standing in that field, watching an extraordinary gathering of women from every walk of life, I felt it in my chest.

We were so grateful to host such powerful, generous humans. All different, all the same in their spirit and energy: entrepreneurs across categories, super moms to amazing little girls and boys, podcast hosts trailblazing on their own, plus-size models breaking boundaries, alopecia advocates, girls-in-STEM heroes making cosmetic science cool, and the incredible Wizard team making magic every day.

Thank you to everyone who shared this one with us. My daughters are so lucky to grow up in a world with women like you in it. 🌼

A day for the women and girls 🌼
(And @lornelucree!) We had an amazing time at the inaugural @daisychainfields festival with @wizardwellness and an incredible group of women. The event raised $20M for important causes like reproductive health, economic stability, and women’s health in general.

It was so special to see people of all ages come together for these causes and celebrate with an incredible lineup of artists. As millennials who didn’t get to attend Lilith Fair, this felt like a very necessary and heartfelt passing of the baton. Excited to hear it’s coming back next year!

This festival blew everything else out of the water and it must be noted that it was well-run, clean and FUN!!! (We won’t be needing our Wizard Wellness nasal rinse today!)
