Every word, symbol and number holds layers of meaning, inviting viewers to uncover the mysteries within each work. In the Amlash World created by Pantea Mahrou, ancient stories and cultural memories return to life, bringing the legacy of the past into the present.

British Art Fair Preview at Saatchi Gallery
Thank you to Ed Cross Gallery for the invitation. The gallery works with emerging and established artists from across and beyond the African Diaspora. It was a pleasure to see celebrated British artists alongside exciting contemporary work, and to visit Janet Rady Fine Art, where the vibrant paintings of Cornish artist Paul Wadsworth stood out.
A wonderful evening of art, conversation, creativity, and connection. The exhibition runs until 27 September.

This time, let us reclaim meaning from colors.
Let us set green free from being merely green, and leave it to itself...
Perhaps this time, we may not find green to be a symbol of life, tranquility, and nature.
Perhaps stripping green of its given meaning will create an opportunity for us to rediscover newer meanings within it.
For is it not so that no image is ever the final possessor of meaning?

Very happy to share the latest chapter of PATH’s journey through Asia. Following our presence at the Kyoto Independent Film Festival and our Best Documentary win in Singapore, PATH reached the finals at the Tokyo International Short Film Festival, accompanied by the festival’s remarkable and deeply perceptive critical review, The Irresistible Allure of Discovery.

“The outstanding formal characteristic of PATH is precisely this refusal to remain confined to styles and subgenres — this going beyond stylistic molds, this liberation from fixed forms.”
— Tokyo International Short Film Festival

PATH follows the creation of The Gates of Turan, the Kyrgyz Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale — a journey through art, memory, exile and collective creation, searching for what can connect us beyond borders and differences.

Very proud to see PATH continuing its route across Asia. 🇯🇵

Somewhere between the cultivated and the wild, everything is still alive.

A landscape where nature, memory and instinct collide.
Flowers grow like fragments of thought, water cuts through the earth, and the human presence becomes almost indistinguishable from the world around it.

I am interested in that fragile space between control and surrender — where nature refuses to stay still and the familiar begins to transform.
