Hard to describe this feeling of winning my show yesterday and earning my natural pro card. After that first show I was of course happy, but I knew I had more in me and felt I could be better and I proved that to myself yesterday. This wasn’t just a one season prep for me, this was the culmination of years and years of work. And to see that pay off with a win is so rewarding.

There’s so many thanks to go around.
My coach Steve @revivestronger is literally the tip of the spear when it comes to natural bodybuilding coaching. He’s the best of the best and I wouldn’t have been able to do this without him.
@latissaurusflex Deserves so much credit for helping me with my posing. Those sessions helped me so much and truly make all the difference on stage.
There’s not enough words for my wife @jaynetrains Y’all know what it is. I told her we won this together and I truly mean that.
And to do win this in my hometown with my whole family there made it all the more special.

So grateful for all the support and congratulations this weekend. It means so much to me to have a circle that loves to see each other succeed. Onto to the pros….👀🏆🥇

Charlotte Marathon is freaking HARD and I’m so proud of myself for the work that went into this time. 18 weeks of training JUST to shave 3 minutes off my previous PR! BUT i honestly wouldn’t have it any other way.

I was so lucky to be an ambassador the marathon this year and the city showed up and showed outtttt. The support made this race amazing. Today was perfect (hard af but perfect).

A generational gown..first worn by Mrs.Rose Burns Simpson July 9, 1955 (grandmother of the bride) was then worn by 5 other family members before being passed on to Mrs.Jane Woerner (aunt of the bride) who wed June 30, 1984
I had the honor of redesigning this historical family heirloom for Mrs.Grace Hawkins who was married September 28, 2024🤍

This gown holds such dear memories and countless stories! I am so lucky I got to play a part with this recreation! before and afters coming soon🌻
